STEP 1: STRATEGY CALL

This is for me to get an idea of what your needs and wants are for the project, as well as any strategies you’re currently using and any and all applicable deadlines.

STEP 2: QUESTIONNAIRE

Once we’ve had our initial call, you’ve agreed to the scope of work and signed the contract, I’ll send over a more formal questionnaire. This is for me to really get a feel for your business and what your goals are. The more I know, the better equipped I am to create copy that sounds like your brand and truly speaks to your ideal audience.
 

STEP 3: RESEARCH

I’ll take a deep dive into your business - conducting a thorough audience and competitor analysis, as well as looking through your website and any social accounts - to really get a feel for who you are and how I can take your brand to the next level.


 

 

STEP 4: RECOMMENDATIONS

This is a team effort, so I won’t move forward with anything unless I’ve gotten the "OK” from you. I’ll send over my recommendations and you’ll let me know if I’m good to move forward!

STEP 5: WORK DELIVERED & APPROVED

This is your business and your baby and no one knows it like you do. I’m not here to just do the work and run. We’ll work together and as I complete work and present it, you’ll be able to provide any feedback before I return to the drawing board.

Note: For branding and web packages, up to 3 revisions are allowed.


 STEP 6: WORK DELIVERED VIA GOOGLE DRIVE

As long as all balances are paid up, any work I complete is yours and will be delivered via Google Drive!

Note: this does not apply to any Digital Marketing/Social Media retainers as those are ongoing.
